10 Leaky guttering Posted 06 May Out of several Roofing Contractors that I contacted, Keith of K.A.Newman was the only one that returned my phone call to discuss my concerns with leaky guttering. He arranged to call the next day at specified time. He arrived on time, carried out an assessment of what needed to be done, explained it to me, quoted a competitive price and was able to carry out the work there and then. The storms of winter 2023 brought  troubling rain ingress in our roof. With the benefit of hindsight , I should made Keith at KA Newman Roofing Services Limited the first port of call. If I had, then I wouldn’t have experienced the frustration nor wasted time and money in dealing with other locally recommended roofers who brought nothing but unanswered voice mails and emails, vague quotes, poor workmanship, lack of professionalism and ethics, broken promises, missed appointments, and a complete lack of aftercare and supporting documentation. Keith Newman quickly responded to our contact with a site visit to assess causes, and clearly explained the proposed remedies. A detailed quotation followed. He arrived punctually and completed the works with “Before and After” photos of each stage, and detailed explanations. Invoice followed with detailed breakdown of works completed. Keith inspired confidence throughout the whole process with his wealth of knowledge, decades of experience, clarity of explanation, and proud Membership of the Guild of Master Craftsmen.
